Tennis Matches
Goal:
Play high quality tennis matches on a regular basis.

Players:
Tournament-level junior players and adult players of
varying ability.
Players
will generally be from Montgomery County and Howard County but others are
welcome.
Cost:
There is no cost. Just bring along a new can of tennis balls, when possible.

Match Format:
Singles super-tiebreaker match - winner is first one to reach 10 points (no "win by 2").
If you win, you move up to the "next" court; if you lose, you move down a court.
If your match is over before all the matches are finished, just rally for a while or play a few points (that doesn't last for too long since a match does not have to be won by 2 points).

results in matches where the players are fairly evenly matched. It
also allows for a good variety of
opponents.
Sets, e.g. best of 3, will also likely begin to take
place.

Tuesday and Thursday, 2-4PM. This could change depending on availability of players.
